1、 Main structure and principle

This cleaning machine is composed of a drive device, a frame, a sprocket, a chain, and rake teeth. The grid is composed of rake teeth connected to the chain driven by the chain. The grille keeps moving, delivering the trapped material to the upper part of the equipment. When the grille changes its direction of movement, it causes relative movement between each set of rake teeth, separating most of the solid debris and allowing it to fall by its own weight. The other part of the debris stuck to the rake teeth is cleaned by the rubber brush of the cleaning mechanism through reverse movement.

2、 Main purpose and scope of application

The main purpose of the rotary solid-liquid separation and cleaning machine is to screen impurities in sewage through solid-liquid separation. Suitable for pre-treatment in front of pump stations to intercept and remove large floating objects in water, preventing blockage of pumps, pipelines, and valves. Widely used in various industries such as municipal, textile, printing and dyeing, slaughtering, leather making, papermaking, tap water, sugar production, and brewing.
